Em's River Wildlife (beaver otter osprey)

Add wild otters, beavers and osprey to the farm to take over the task of fishing

These wild river animals provide daily hardwood and seasonal fish

Their fish catch amount is configurable in case your fish needs are small

Otters and beavers sleep in the barn. The osprey sleep in the coop

Only the beaver eats a small bit of grass, the others rely on their fish for food

Beavers and otters can swim when petted, fed and close to water

To prompt them to swim more regularly, try using Like A Duck To Water

Beaver spring: carp, bullhead

Beaver summer: rainbow trout, largemouth bass

Beaver fall: salmon

Beaver winter: woodskip, lingcod

Otter spring: catfish, chub

Otter summer: pike, dorado

Otter fall: shad

Otter winter, perch

Osprey spring: smallmouth bass, bream

Osprey summer: sunfish, sturgeon

Osprey fall: walleye, midnight carp

Osprey winter: tiger trout

Additionally, the otter and beaver drop hardwood on a more regular basis

When you have extra animal configs installed, the quality of hardwood is removed

This is optional and not a requirement, but keeps a tidy barn

Download and install the latest SMAPI and Content Patcher

Download and unzip "Em's River Wildlife CP"

Move the folder to \Stardew Valley\Mods\

The default fish catch amount is set to 1 fish a day. To adjust this:

Open the config.json file in the mod folder

Replace "1" with "2", "3", "5" or "7"

Save and close the folder again, and you're all set!

This also affects the hardwood amount. Compatible with GMCM

1 = 1 fish a day

2 = 1 fish every 2 days

3 = 1 fish every 3 days

5 = 1 fish every 5 days

7 = 1 fish every 7 days
