Dark Souls II PTSD Edition

All my mods are completely online compatible thanks to DS2LE Magic.

Dark Souls II: Prepare To Sin and Die Edition (PTSD for short) is a complete rework of vanilla assets, thanks to the amazing DS2Lighting Engine features this mod adds:

• []4k Textures (Upscaled and completely New Vanilla faithful textures)[/]

  []PBR Materials with custom Roughness and more accurate metallic maps[/]

  []Custom Displacement maps for every surface[/]

  []Parallax mapping and Tessellation implementation for game surfaces[/]

  []4k Normal maps (Upscaled and completely New Vanilla faithful textures)[/]

  []Restored missing/incorrect normal maps on 3D models[/]

  []Upgraded 3D Models for low quality level assets[/]

  []Completely reworked foliage scatter with new geometry for a more realistic look[/]

  []Dynamic lighting preset with accurate dynamic shadows[/]

  []On brand DS2LE Lighting Preset inspired by the original Dark Souls for the og dark and grimm experience[/]

  Please keep in mind this is a work in progress so expect some geometry seams or visual inconsistencies, this initial release is a full rework of FOFG with more areas to come.

  PTSD contains both the 2k Specular maps from Texture and Gear Renewal Projects, you dont need to download and install those if you are using Renewal to fill the missing areas from this mod.

  Mod Organizer installation instructions:

  • []Install ModOrganizer2 and the Dark Souls 2 ModOrganizer2 Plugin[/]

    []Follow the Dark Souls 2 ModOrganizer2 Plugin set up instructions to create a Portable instance for Dark Souls 2[/]

    []install DS2LightingEngine SOFTS (This can be done through MO2, or manually. Try the manual install only if you are facing issues.)[/]

    []Download this mod main files and install. (Textures AND Config files if provided)[/]

    []Renewal Project features FOMOD installers for easy installation, pick the desired modules from the FOMOD menu.[/]
