Skills Rebalance

I felt that some skills are too strong, so I decided to nerf them.

I nerfed some stronger and buffed/changed some weaker ones, the mod doesn't change alchemy skills nor will I add alchemy skills to it.

Combat Skill Changes

Muscle Memory:

Before: Fast Attack Damage Increased by 10-30%.

After: Fast Attack Damage Increased by 5-15%.

Precise Blows:

Before: Increases Chance of landing a Fast Attack Critical Hit by 4-12% and Fast Attack Critical Hit Damage by 25-75%.

After: Increases Chance of landing a Fast Attack Critical Hit by 5-15% and Fast Attack Critical Hit Damage by 15-45%.

Crippling Strikes:

Before: Fast Attacks now also Apply a Bleeding Effect. Affected Enemies lose 50-150 Vitality or Essence points per second. Duration: 5 Seconds.

After: Fast Attacks now also Apply a Bleeding Effect. Affected Enemies lose 50-150 and 1-3% Vitality or Essence points per second. Duration: 3 Seconds.

Strong Attack:

Before: Allows you to perform Strong Attacks which Ignore Enemy Armor.

After: Allows you to perform Strong Attacks which Ignore 150 Armor Points of the Enemy.

Strength Training:

Before: Strong Attack Damage Increased by 10-30%.

After: Strong Attack Damage Increased by 5-15%.

Crushing Blows:

Before: Increases Strong Attack Critical Hit Chance by 4-12% and Strong Attack Critical Hit Damage by 25-75%.

After: Increases Strong Attack Critical Hit Chance by 5-15% and Strong Attack Critical Hit Damage by 15-45%.

Counterattack: 

Before: After a Successful Counterattack, the Next Attack deals +30-90% Damage, Level 2 has a Chance for Knockdown based on Adrenaline Points, Level 3 is guaranteed to crit.
