Enemy Armor Rework

Enemy Armor Rework.

Previously Enemies had almost no Armor(Around 0-50 for Most, Big Boys had around 100 or so), so Armor Piercing, Strong Attacks, or Melt Armor were practically useless. You could just Spam Fast Attacks against any Enemy.

Now not only do Enemies have Much More Armor, but the Damage Formula is changed as well.

Previously it was this: (Weapon Damage Damage Multiplier) - Armor Value = Final Damage.

Now it is this: (Weapon Damage - Armor Value) Damage Multiplier = Final Damage.

Additionally, Enemy Armor and Resistances Scale with Level:

Level 1 Enemies have 40% Base Armor, it increases by 2. 5% of the Base for Every Level until Level 25, then Armor increases by 1. 5% Every Level with a cap of Level 100.

Enemies Gain 1. 5% Physical Damage Resistances for Every Level until 40% Bonus Resistance. Additionally Physical Resistances are capped at 70%.

So now you actually have to use Strong Attacks or Melt Armor or have Armor Piercing to deal Meaningful Damage to the Bigger or Armored Enemies, and Endgame is harder due to Higher Resistances.
