Euphoria nerf

Euphoria Mutation Nerf.

Normally it gives 0. 75% Damage Bonus for each point of Toxicity, I decreased that to 0. 4%.

Why? With a Full Alchemy Build you can get a lot of Damage Bonus (175,5%), which I think is a bit unbalanced and much better than other Mutations.

With this mod it's almost halved, with Acquired Tolerance the Max Toxicity you can have is 184 (73. 6%), add Metabolic Control and you have 214 (85. 6%), add Manticore Armor and you have 234 Toxicity (93. 6%).

I don't recommend using it with Alchemy - Primer as the Max Toxicity there is 165 and due to how Toxicity works with the regular value it's pretty balanced.

with Level 3 Metastasis, Metabolic Control, and Manticore Armor you get up to 165 Toxicity, which means you can have a max of 66% Damage Bonus with this mod, but at Max Toxicity you will Die of Cancer in 3 seconds and Toxicity constantly drops, so you'll probably have closer to 30% Damage Bonus.

If it doesn't work merge both "effects_ep2.xml" files with Script Merger.
