How to use
You can buy the recipes for a Customization Mirror and Clothing Catalogue from Robin's shop for 50,000g each. They can be crafted with 10 wood + 2 refined quartz and 10 wood respectively. You can place them in the world, then interact with them to open the character customization screen and a clothing catalogue (which includes custom clothing added by other mods).
You can also use these key bindings to access the features:

[]LeftShift + 2: open the dyes menu (if you saw the event that unlocks dyeing).
[]LeftShift + 3: open the tailoring menu (if you saw the event that unlocks tailoring).
