Bees Plus

I thought honey and bees were quite underutilised in the game (there's not even a recipe with honey!) so here's a small extension.

This mod adds beeswax as an additional rare item to obtain from the bee houses. Beeswax can be used to craft items on a wax station that is unlocked by a quest. Three cooking recipes using honey have also been added to your cookbook. Honey Balm is a healing item.

    If you want my bees to fly over your farm you need to install Custom Critters (unofficial update for 1. 6. 9) and drop my "CustomCritters" folder to your Mods root folder.

    If you are using Better Beehouses and you want to use my bee sprites you can do the same as above and let my bees.png overwrite the original.

    Unlocking conditions:

    Emily's quest is unlocked day after you have shipped beeswax.

    Robin's quest is unlocked day after you have shipped honey.

    There's also a config option for dark and light colored stations.

    This mod edits the vanilla bee houses so mods that make the similar edit might conflict. Flowers from other mods are compatible by default if they have context tag "flower_item" which is used in vanilla game code for all flowers except daffodil and dandelion (they are marked as forage).

    Mail services mod Uncertain? I've got a report that you are not able to get quest rewards if you use mail services to complete my quests.
