📋 About This Mod
Changes the DirectX12 Renderer to Vulkan Pipeline.
Description
Proof of Concept Mod.
Depending on your System it may increase performance and or stability.
Let me know in the Comments section about your System and if it improved your Game.
EDIT: Only working with NVIDIA Cards as of now, the workaround for AMD seems to be causing less FPS.
I dont own a AMD GPU so i cant replicate those Errors and try to find a working Solution.
Installation instructions
1. Inside your G1R/Binaries/Win64 folder backup your dxgi.dll File,
aswell as d3d12.dll and d3d12core.dll inside the D3D12 folder.
2. Extract the ZIP File into your Gothic Remake folder and overwrite Files, when prompted.
With Version 1. 1 its possible to automate the backup and install Process with the provided Batch file.
Extract the ZIP File and navigate to G1R/Binaries/Win64 Folder, and open install.bat
(Might need to be opend as Administrator, with right click and Run as Administrator)
Backup Folder will be created on the Desktop.
