Continuous Mining

Description

Continuous Mining is a small quality-of-life mod for Gothic 1 Remake that makes mining less repetitive while keeping the original intended mining mechanic intact.

Normally, after each mining action finishes, the player has to manually start mining again. With this mod, once the mining action is completed, the Nameless Hero automatically begins mining again as long as you continue interacting with the ore.

The goal is not to remove the mining mechanic or make it instant. Instead, Continuous Mining keeps the original pacing and feel of mining, but makes grinding ore a little smoother and less annoying.

Installation instructions

1. Download the mod archive.

2. Extract the downloaded file.

3. Place the mod files into your Gothic 1 Remake mod folder, or install it using your preferred mod manager if supported.

4. Launch the game.

5. Start mining as normal.

If you are updating from an older version, remove the old version first before installing the new one.
