📋 About This Mod
Deets:
These exposure adjustments are from Nova City's weather states; I simply transferred the parameters to the vanilla ENV (environmental file that controls weather states, lighting, and more).
If you like these exposure changes but do not like vanilla effects and lighting, check out Nova City which includes 30+ weather states and overhauled visuals.
Note:
The exposure changes are most noticeable with raster during the day and path tracing during the night.
Because this mod is not compatible with other weather and lighting mods, if you're playing without path tracing and need a vehicle fix, please look into using Aerondight Lighting Fix by Krat0es.
Requests:
The following alternate versions can be provided upon request:
-
[]No sharpening.
[
]No vignette.[]Alternate chromatic aberration.
[]Alternate film grain.

✨ Key Features
📊 Pros & Cons
✅ Pros
- Huge community trust with 208k downloads and 1.1k endorsements.
- One-and-done fix—no fiddling with settings, just install and drive.
- Works across all vehicles, so you don't need separate patches.
⚠️ Cons
- Only addresses autoexposure—won't fix other driving visual issues like camera shake or FOV.
- Last updated in 2024—may not be updated for future game patches.
For players who hate the blinding brightness or pitch-black darkness when driving in first person. If you spend a lot of time in vehicles and want a quick visual quality-of-life fix, this is for you. Skip if you're looking for broader driving overhauls or gameplay changes.
💡 Beginner Tips
- Make sure to install the mod after any other visual mods that affect lighting to avoid conflicts.
