Compass Plugin

Compass — HUD Compass for StarRupture

Adds a heads-up compass bar to your HUD showing nearby players, enemies, and points of interest based on the direction you're facing.

Client-side only — no server install required.

  Each category can be toggled and given its own render distance.

  Installation

  • []Download the latest file from the Files tab[/]

    []Open the ZIP file[/]

    []Copy the contents of the included Plugins folder into:

    "StarRupture\Binaries\Win64\ModLoader\Plugins"[/]

    []Launch the game once to generate the config file[/]

    []Open:

    "Plugins\config\Compass.ini"[/]

    "Enabled=1"[/]

    Configuration

    The config file is created automatically on first launch:

    "Plugins\config\Compass.ini"

    You can customise:

    • []Enabled — turn the compass on/off (0 or 1)[/]

      []Position / Width / Scale — adjust size and placement[/]

      []Line Colour — HEX colour of the compass bar[/]

      []Render Distance — per-category limit (0 = unlimited)[/]

      Troubleshooting

      • []Compass not visible — make sure "Enabled=1" is set[/]

        []Plugin not loading — check "modloader.log in Binaries\Win64\"[/]
