Patches the game to ensure the game will load the save and spawn in actors as quickly as possible.
Description
Since StarRupture U2, loading into your worlds has been rather slow. The reason for this is because the game caps how many actors can spawn per frame. This mod uncaps that.
This does not assist with clients joining a game / server as far as im aware, but works fine for solo play.
Installation instructions
