You will need rank 4 piloting to pilot an M class ship, it will allow you to build most of the modules but to actually fly it you need rank 4 in piloting.
I didn't remove any perk requirements that were already present on M class parts, they are also pretty expensive so my other mods about economy will come in handy for saving up for a massive M class ship.
This doesn't remove reactor limits or similar limits, you will still need other mods for that.
Install with your preferred Plugins.txt method.
