📋 About This Mod
How It Works
Once Vasco is available as a crew member, a new Modify interaction option will appear when talking to him.
The Modify option is displayed when:
-
[]Vasco is a companion or available as a crew member[/]
[]Vasco is not in combat[/]
[]The player does not have their weapon out[/]
Using the Modify option, you can customize Vasco's:
-
[]Appearance (Race/Model)[/]
[]Weapon (if available)[/]
[]Combat Style (if available)[/]
[]Voice[/]
FAQ
What races can Vasco be?
-
[]Model A[/]
[]Model G (requires Terran Armada DLC)[/]
[]Model S[/]
[]MiniBot[/]
[]Terran (requires Terran Armada DLC)[/]
What weapons can Vasco use?
Weapons are equipped to the slots available on each body kit — not all body kits support weapon attachments. For example, the Model A frame typically has a head attachment, a left arm, and a right arm. Some configurations, like the Model G frame and MiniBot Sanitary body kit, do not have weapon attachments. The available weapons reflect those used by other robots in-game.
How many appearances are there?
So many. I can't fit a picture for each one. File this one under "trust me bro".
What's a combat style?
How Vasco approaches combat. Options available reflect those seen for other robots in-game.
Voice? Will Vasco still talk to me?
It's still Vasco — just modulated to give off a different feel.
Compatibility & Extensibility
Not compatible with Smarter Spacesuit Auto-Hide. That mod is no longer maintained and is unlikely to receive an update to resolve the conflict. If it is enabled, Vasco will appear invisible when configured as a Terran.
Should work with most other mods. If you want to preserve another mod's appearance changes, don't change Vasco's outfit and load this mod before that one. Make sure you have a save before testing.
