📋 About This Mod
What does the mod do?
-
[]Non-Lethal Framework adds the ability to restrain hostile humanoid (non-crowd) NPCs at the cost of a newly added, and thoughtfully integrated item - handcuffs. You can restrain multiple NPCs at a time who have been knocked out using EM weapons or pacified through the Diplomacy, or Manipulation, social skill perks.[/]
[]Restrained NPCs will be disarmed and can be released. Whether you've restrained one or a whole group of NPCs, they will remain restrained until you attempt to restrain another NPC elsewhere. After killing a restrained NPC, you may pick back up your previously used handcuffs.[/]
[]Restrained NPCs can be ordered to follow the player. Restrained NPCs following the player will not be presented with the release option but may again be ordered to stay and once seated may be released.[/]
[]Released NPCs will not be hostile. Releasing an NPC will return the previously used handcuffs. Released NPCs will return to their normal behaviors after leaving the area.[/]
[]NPCs pacified by Diplomacy social skill perk will act as if they are surrendering by raising their hands, as opposed to returning to normal behavior.[/]
