📋 About This Mod
Installation
Warp Network is installed like any other SMAPI mod- simply unzip it and drop it into the "Stardew Valley/Mods" folder. Make sure to also install the correct version of SMAPI!
Usage
The warp network can be accessed by right-clicking on any of the warp statues in the world, or by using the return scepter (when enabled via config.) This mod also fixes some vanilla bugs related to teleportation. Content pack makers can also use it to add custom warp totems or modify the existing ones. (See github wiki for details)
Configuration
Warp Network can be configured either in-game (if Generic Mod Config Menu is also installed), or by directly editing the "config.json" file in the Warp Network mod folder. (Note: you need to run the game with the mod loaded at least once before the config file will appear.)
For a list of config options and a description of what they do, please visit the wiki page.
Customizing/Modding Warp Network
Please visit the wiki on the github for details.
Known Issues
Adding the "WarpNetworkEntry" property to one of the vanilla warp locations (Mountain, Farm, Beach, Desert, Ginger Island) using"EditMap" will not prevent the warp network from creating an access point at the normal warp position. (Use it with Load, or edit the destination data to match.)
Warping into a festival (or other event) will always place the player at the usual starting/entry position. Due to the way events and festivals work, this will not be fixed.
Compatibility
No known incompatibilities.

✨ Key Features
📊 Pros & Cons
✅ Pros
- Huge community trust with 2,226 endorsements and over 105k downloads.
- Lightweight design means minimal impact on game performance.
- Easy to use and expand, perfect for players who want a simple fast-travel solution.
⚠️ Cons
- Last updated in January 2023, may not be compatible with the latest Stardew Valley patches.
- No explicit documentation on installation or configuration, though likely straightforward.
For Stardew Valley players who want a customizable fast-travel option without the bloat of larger mods. If you're tired of walking across the map and want a lightweight solution, this is for you. Skip if you prefer vanilla travel or need a mod with extensive documentation.
💡 Beginner Tips
- Since it's a fast-travel mod, check if it requires SMAPI (Stardew Modding API) to run; most Stardew mods do.
- Look for a config file after first launch to tweak warp locations to your liking.
- If you use other fast-travel mods, disable them to avoid conflicts.
