Based from Story of Seasons: Trio of Town's crop list, here are six plants you can plant in winter:Blue Rose - Takes 20 days to fully grow. Its bright blue color doesn't occur naturally.
Broccoli - Takes 11 days to fully grow and regrows every 3 days. Delicious when blanched. Some people find the taste bitter.
Daikon - Takes 5 days to fully grow. A mild-flavored winter radish.
Gentian - Takes 10 days to fully grow. Has several edible and medicinal uses.
Napa Cabbage - Takes 13 days to fully grow. Great for hot pot.
Snowdrop - Takes 10 days to grow. Can either symbolize hope and the coming of spring or an omen of death. Your pick.
Gift tastes have been adjusted. Blue Roses, Gentians and Snowdrops do not make honey because the bees are asleep in winter.
Scarecrows are Owl Scarecrows by Ankoku that were recolored by me.
