Ridgeside Village - NPC Adventures Addon

One of the primary features of this addon is the lore expansion through over a hundred dialogues given to each recruitable NPC. Interacting with them in specific places will give you a peek with more lore through the eyes of your companion. We hope you enjoy it!

After unlocking the ability to recruit companions in NPC Adventures, 28 different Ridgeside villagers can be recruited.

(Tip: To avoid having to go through the initial hoops to unlock this ability, enter the command debug seenmail na_invitation  into your SMAPI console.)

  Companion Details

  Freelancers

  Freelancers are NPCs who can be hired to accompany you on your adventures. They boast higher skill levels than the average companion in their respective areas. Bryle and Ian can be hired at any time, whereas Daia and Jio will reject your offer if your combat level is 5 or lower. For all four, after reaching 8 hearts and seeing their 8 heart event, their prices will decrease by 50%, and if married, they will always be free to hire.

          Romance Candidates

          When not married to these characters, you need to have reached at least 4 hearts with them and seen their 4 heart events to recruit them. After marriage, you'll need to have at least 8 hearts
