Simply hold your mouse/controller when you go to break open a geode and Clint will keep breaking geodes open as long as you have geodes of the same type to break.
This mod requires SMAPI by Pathoschild. To install, place the HoldToBreakGeodes folder in your Stardew Valley/Mods folder.
