Install either the CP or the JA version, of course you can install both but i dont see the point of that XD.
For the CP version, you can either use Generic Mod Config Menu or edit the config,json file to change which animal you want to use for each scarecrow/rarecrow/deluxe scarecrow.
The recipes for the JA version should be already unlocked, and should be the same as vanilla scarecrows.
