Cannot be themed, but all Great Works provide their full yields, even if from the same person. +1 Production per Great Work in this city. Entertainment buildings in this city provide Faith equal to their level (for example, a Stadium will provide +3 Faith). All land units trained in this city have 50% less Combat Strength reduction from being injured. Requires Rise & Fall because I used some elements from the Kotoku-in wonder. JNR's Mod Series
