What is TallerManager?

For anyone who wants to feel a bit more like the boss of the video store.

TallerManager is a simple UE4SS Lua mod for Retro Rewind - Video Store Simulator that lets you raise the player camera height.

The goal is simple: make the player feel a little taller without changing the game too much.

You can switch between three camera height modes: Normal, Slightly Taller, and Taller.

It does not change the FOV and does not tilt the camera. It only adjusts the existing player camera height.

It also includes passive compatibility with SecurityCam. If SecurityCam is active, the height adjustment is designed to step aside and avoid stacking on top of it.

  ⚠ Note:

  • []This mod changes the existing player camera height.[/]

    []The included height values were tested in normal gameplay, including VHS pickup from the floor.[/]

    []I do not recommend making the player taller than the included modes. Higher values made it harder to pick up VHS tapes from the floor.[/]

    []If anything feels wrong after using the mod, press F7 to reset TallerManager back to Normal.[/]

      Known Issues:

      • []Do not spam the toggle too aggressively, especially while other camera mods are active. Normal use should be fine.[/]

        []TallerManager was tested with SecurityCam and is designed to avoid stacking height while SecurityCam is active, but using multiple camera mods at the same time can always have edge cases.[/]

        How to Install TallerManager for Retro Rewind - Video Store Simulator

        Retro Rewind - Video Store Simulator must be installed and launched once before using this mod.

        Step 1: Install UE4SS for Retro Rewind

        • []TallerManager requires UE4SS for Retro Rewind to run.[/]

          []Install UE4SS first by following the instructions on that mod page.[/]

          []Once UE4SS is installed, launch the game once to make sure the Mods folder is created.[/]

          Step 2: Install TallerManager

          • []Download the version you want to use.[/]

            []For most players, I recommend starting with TallerManager_v1. 0.zip.[/]

            []Extract the folder TallerManager into the UE4SS Mods folder.[/]

            []The final structure should look like this:

            Mods\TallerManager\enabled.txt

            Mods\TallerManager\Scripts\main.lua[/]

            []Start the game → TallerManager will be automatically loaded.[/]

            Changing Versions

            []All versions use the same internal folder name: TallerManager.[/]
