What is Duplicate Delivery?

Duplicate Delivery is a small quality-of-life UE4SS Lua mod for Retro Rewind - Video Store Simulator.

The goal is simple: help find and gather matching duplicate VHS tapes without manually searching every shelf.

Hold a VHS, press ALT + G to group matching duplicate tapes, then press the vanilla red button to make them appear at the Movie Delivery pickup area.

ALT + H is a separate workflow: it does not use the VHS you are holding. It stages only extra available store copies from groups with exactly 2, 3, or 4 copies, while leaving one copy in each group where it is. Press ALT + N to change the target group size.

The mod does not replace the vanilla red button system. It is only meant to prepare matching duplicate tapes so the normal game recovery flow can be used.

    []ALT + G has a short cooldown between uses to avoid accidental double-triggering.[/]

    []ALT + G only works when the player is holding a VHS.[/]

    []ALT + N only changes which exact-copy groups ALT + H will use.[/]

    []ALT + H has a short batch delay to avoid accidental double-triggering. A new batch can be prepared normally after a few seconds.[/]

    Config Options

    The mod includes a simple config.lua file inside:

    Default config:

    enable_alt_g = true

    alt_g_limit = 75

    exclude_reserved_tapes = true

    exclude_display_shelves = true

    can_hold_more_vhs = false

    vhs_hold_limit = 50

    • []enable_alt_g - Enables or disables the ALT + G shortcut.[/]

      []alt_g_limit - Maximum number of duplicate tapes the mod will queue at once. Default and maximum: 75.[/]

      []exclude_reserved_tapes - Keeps reserved tapes from being moved. Recommended: true.[/]

      []exclude_display_shelves - Keeps display/collection shelf tapes from being moved. Recommended: true.[/]

      []can_hold_more_vhs - Enables the optional player VHS carry capacity. Default: false, to avoid conflicts with other capacity mods.[/]

      []vhs_hold_limit - Player VHS carry capacity when enabled. Default: 50.[/]

      Restart the game after changing config.lua for the new settings to apply.

      About the 75 Tape Limit

      This limit only applies to ALT + G. It keeps large duplicate moves safer and avoids heavy operations in one key press. ALT + H uses its own 25 VHS batch limit.
