📋 About This Mod
X-Class upgrades can be really good, better than S-Class, but more often than not, they suck. This mod changes that with two versions:
Better X-Class
If you like the variety but think it's just a bit much, this mod will make X-class upgrades moderately better.
Best X-Class
If you just want the best, this is for you. This gives X-Class the best RNG possible. You will almost always get better than S-Class. You have maybe a 5-10% chance of getting a perfect upgrade.
-
[]If you already have X-class modules installed, they CAN GO DOWN when you install this mod. The mod changes how likely you are to get good x-class, but that also causes a re-roll on existing modules. It's unlikely, but the vanilla roll may have just been better.
[
]These upgrades do not give you better seed values; they change what the seed values mean. That means if you uninstall the mod, your upgrades will go back down to normal levels.[]This mod alters the procedural technology table, so it is likely to conflict with a lot of other mods.
[]This mod was rewritten for Endurance 3. 99. 1 to correct issues with stats that were better when lower.
- I've also fixed the mining laser upgrade to have a max of 4 stats, instead of 3.
