Low-end (integrated GPU, 4-8 GB RAM)
Skip ENB. Use Poco Bueno (light textures), lower draw distance, disable water displacement, and install NVTF + the 4GB patch. The engine is old — modest hardware handles it if you keep textures light.
Mid-end (GTX 1060 / RX 580)
NMC's Texture Pack (medium), Realistic Wasteland Lighting, light ENB optional. 4GB patch + NVTF are mandatory. The Strip still dips on any GPU.
High-end (RTX 3060+ / 16 GB+ RAM)
Full NMC + 4K textures + ENB. The 140-plugin limit and 32-bit engine cap you long before your GPU does — stability mods (NVAC/NVTF/YUP) matter more than raw power.
