They conflict on perks and leveled lists. Use one, or install a compatibility patch.
ENB + Realistic Wasteland Lighting
Not strictly exclusive but can double up. Use RWL alone, or ENB alone.
Body replacers + armor replacers
Armor built for one body type will show gaps or stretch on another. Match body + armor types.
When two mods edit the same record (a cell, an NPC, a leveled list), the later one in load order wins. Sort with LOOT, inspect with FNVEdit (xEdit), and install compatibility patches for popular mod pairs. FNV is more fragile than Skyrim — a bad conflict causes CTDs more often, so keep load order clean and patch last.
