📋 About This Mod
Overhaul of Lucky 38 lights.
The mod has two versions. The normal one is simple plug and play, the full model version requires Strip Lights Region Fix.
FULL MODEL INSTALLATION:
LOAD ORDER:
- Base FNV or TTW
- YUP - Base Game + All DLC.esm or YUPTTW.esm
- Strip Lights Region Fix.esm
- Better Strip View.esp (not a requirement but should be placed here if used)
- Lucky 38 Lights Redone.esp
- Better Strip View - Lucky 38 Lights Redone Patch.esp (the patch is only for the main version of Better Strip View, not the ADDON ONLY version)
LOD:
When you move away from an object, the game replaces it with a low-detail version (LOD). This mod replaces the Lucky 38 with a version that is always fully loaded. For this to work correctly, the Lucky 38’s LOD model must be removed. The mod includes LOD files that remove the Lucky 38’s LOD already, but LOD must be regenerated whenever changes are made to worldspaces. For example, Better Strip View moves objects around, and if you don’t regenerate LOD, the low-detail models will still appear in their original positions. This is a critical step in modding and cannot be skipped. Most importantly, you must resolve all mod conflicts before generating LOD otherwise low-detail models may be generated where they shouldn’t exist.If what you just read didn’t make sense, then you may not yet have the experience required for this mod. The patches for Better Strip View and Animated Mojave/Zeppelin are not compatible with each other and while I could make a patch for the patches I won't because I believe you should learn how to patch these by yourself. Unless you're following a guide, conflict resolution is a step that can't be negliged.
