Creatures HD

This mod improves the textures of most creatures in the game. The textures have been upscaled by AI, and I made some modifications on my own where i felt they would be needed (see Bloatfly eyes, nice insect compound eye texture). Overall this mod should be a really fine base overhaul if you're looking for vanilla-plus experience. I've uploaded two versions of this mod. One of them has 4x time the texture size of vanilla, so most textures have been upscaled from 1024x1024 to 4096x4096. In the 2K version i have downscaled all 4K textures to 2048x2048, so they're at best 2K in size. Both versions should be a decent improvement over vanilla.

For TTW players: If you also want Fallout 3 creatures remade in HD, here's the equivalent mod. Combine both mods for full TTW coverage. These mods contain some common files, but they're identical. Doesn't matter which mod overwrites which.

-Giant ants, fire ants and queen

-All kinds of geckos

-Giant rats

-Lakelurks and Lakelurk Kings

-Radscorpion and Barkscorpion

-Spore carrier

-Nightstalkers

-Yao Guai (Honest Hearts)

-Tunnelers (Lonesome Road)

What I didn't include:

-Bighorner - there is a great mod that covers them and trust me, it's better than anything I can achieve by tinkering with textures

-Brahmin - I couldn't get a satisfying result that would be a decent improvement, I might add it in an update some day

-Legion mongrel - All this fur didn't really look very well upscaled, might be added in update some day if I figure out how to make it look good

-Robots - I focused on organic stuff in this mod, I may create a large robot HD overhaul in the future. DONE

INSTALLATION:

This is a simple model/texture replacer. Install with your mod manager or simply drop the folders to your game Data directory.
