G1R Lockpick Companion - Mobile-Assisted Lockpicking Tool

Why use this tool?

G1R Lockpick Companion is designed for players who do not want an instant unlock cheat, but also do not always want to pause the game, write down every lock state, manually calculate lever interactions, or switch between external solver pages.

This tool does not modify the game, does not read game memory, and does not unlock chests instantly.

Instead, you enter the lock information on your phone. The Android app calculates the movement sequence, and the PC Python companion sends the same keyboard inputs that the player could perform manually.

It is meant as a lightweight comfort and accessibility-focused companion tool. You still interact with the lockpicking system, but the repetitive note-taking, calculation, and input execution are handled for you.

G1R Lockpick Companion

G1R Lockpick Companion is an unofficial fan-made PC and Android companion tool for assisted Gothic 1 Remake lockpicking.

This tool requires both sides:

The system will not work with only one side installed.

The PC package is the Python Edition. It contains no compiled EXE and runs from visible Python source files.

The Android app is the required phone-side controller. It connects to the PC companion over your local private Wi-Fi network or password-protected phone hotspot. The Android app is used to enter lock data, calculate the lockpicking movement sequence, pair with the PC side, save/load lock presets locally, scan/show preset QR codes, and send the final lockpick command to the PC companion.

The PC companion receives the calculated lockpicking movement sequence and sends only normal keyboard input to the active game window.

Both files are required.

The Android APK may internally use a different Android versionCode/versionName, but the public Nexus release label is v1. 0. 11 to match the PC-side release.
