Originally from Nobrezmil's deleted mod (now REUPLOAD), this mod is rebuilt from Dark Souls 2 disable cutscene effects tutorial.
Unlike OP's mod which removes Bloodshot Effect via [enc_regulation.bnd.dcx], this mod contains NO/Invisible Bloodshot textures for DS2LightingEngine SotFS.
if you use iPG11 (SOTFS non-Lighting-Engine) switch to Remove Bloodshot Eye Effect by iLiveOnFear
If you only want to remove Black Bars, solely replace [menu\99.febnd.dcx].
Add [Remove BAN words] for English so Knight is no longer (K***ght).
