Elodie - Character Preset (Save file and DS2 Shopping Mod)

My Dark Souls 2 Character Elodie

I HIGHLY recommend you use the DS2 Shopping Mod to load her as a preset, since using my save file instead will overwrite ALL your saves. Detailed instructions are in the Shopping mod's page. Manual save file use instructions at the bottom.

Save file information:

I used the shopping mod to load the appearance before you even get the option to create character, so the game begins in a completely clean slate. Meaning you can pick your own class and name. You will be in "Things Betwixt", right in front of the door to the fire keepers. Do note that your character is hollowed, so the appearance will only be notable once you pick your class, choose gift, ect.

Installing with the save file instead:

USING THE SAVE FILE WILL OVERWRITE ALL YOUR SAVES

Make sure the game is not running during this process.

1. Press your windows key and type "Run"

2. Open the "Run" program

3. It should be auto populated with %localappdata%, if not, type it in and hit the Enter key

4. This will open your "Local" folder located in the "AppData" folder

5. Go to the "AppData" folder by either clicking "AppData" on the Adress Bar or clicking the Up Arrow next to the refresh button

6. Open the "Roaming" folder

7. Open the folder called "DarkSoulsII"

8. Open the folder that has a bunch of numbers as it's name

9. The file named "DS2SOFS0000" is your save file. Back it up if you want to keep your current saves.

10. Take the "DS2SOFS0000" file you downloaded from here and paste it in this folder

11. If you are asked to overwrite, that means you have existing saves. Create a copy and place it somewhere easy to remember, as overwriting this file will remove all your current saves.

12. Overwrite when you're ready. Done. Open Dark Souls 2, hit continue, play as normal.
