Recolors various common fire visual effects and parts in the game to blue. These include:

  []Lorian Greatsword/Twin Princes Greatsword/Witch's Locks Fire Buff & Weapon Trails

  []Ringed Knight Weapons Fire Visual Effects

  []Gargoyle Flame Weapons Fire Visual Effects

  []Torch Flame Visual Effects

  []Ember Visual Effects

  []Ringed Knight Armor

  []A lot more I can't immediately think of

  There are a few fire visual effects that are textures and therefor sometimes hard to find and modify.
