Plan C

Dexter DeShawn--in hindsight, perhaps not the greatest guy. And I found myself uninterested in his personalized handgun that spends my eddies, in addition to its iconic ability of being an eyesore. I decided that if I were V, I'd take that thing to the crafting table and unfuck it a little. So I made that possible.

- Plan C is crafted from Plan B and 90 tier 5 components, using a recipe found on Dex's corpse

- Plan C loses Plan B's additional bleeding effect, but should otherwise be identically statistically lackluster, except as follows

- Plan C costs eddies to fire, but increases your eddies and magazine capacity when you land headshots

- Plan C has two mod attachment slots, for customization

- Plan C has the same appearance as Plan B, minus Dex's name on the side

Mod Conflicts

- Anything that modifies the Liberty firearm (or Liberty iconics) may be incompatible (possibly resulting in appearance issues)

- Anything that modifies apartment stash walls may be incompatible (possibly resulting in Plan B or nothing displayed)

- Does conflict with Japantown Cleaver Fix, so I've implemented the same bug fix
