Mod Settings to control options

[]Tetratronic Rippler's and Biotech Σ's on-Overclock abilities will go on a short cooldown to prevent unlimited spamming (which would present real problems)
[]Power Surge perk has been changed from an instantaneous heal-on-activation to a 5%hp/s regen buff (while activated)

Installation
Copy/extract the contents of the archive into the main "Cyberpunk 2077" folder
Uninstallation
Remove "Cyberpunk 2077\archive\pc\mod\OverclockOverheat.archive"
Remove "Cyberpunk 2077\archive\pc\mod\OverclockOverheat.archive.xl"
Remove the "Cyberpunk 2077\r6\scripts\OverclockOverheat" folder and all its content
