Wanna shoot lightning choom? Time to show those gonks the difference, between people with metal in their bodies and a god of Thunder!
The relic barrage is the only way to make meaningful damage with this, and that does a lot of it (especially if the enemies are clustered).
Quickshot is a fast disable that interrupts netrunners and grounds sandevistan users, Charged shot is an aoe crowd control.
Both fire modes leave your enemies exposed and with a debuff that makes them receive more damage.
The new debuff applied by this launcher works a lot like Cyberware Malfunction, but without its possible permanent effects and you can't use each others stacks to qualify for either's explosion (tried that, opened the door for way too many exploits).
Short Circuit will count Thunderous Wrath stacks as if they were Cyberware Malfunction, for its synergistic effect.
