📋 About This Mod
Ever wondered why hammers and bats seemingly have the same stats? Well, they never did. Hammers deal 46% more damage per hit, at the cost of a reduced swing speed, except the tooltip doesn't tell you any of this. The math works out to an overall ~10% DPS increase on a hammer compared to a bat (which isn't amazing, I'm guessing the selling point is less swings per kill, causing an overall reduced time to kill per target).
Either way, this mod corrects the tooltip to inform the player what exactly it is the hammer is doing. Also applies to the Caretaker's Spade iconic, as it is technically a hammer. Does not apply to Sasquatch's hammer, its tooltip is accurate. I wish it was fully accurate, however the stamina cost was not. Fixed in 1. 0. 2.
This is purely cosmetic, the stats of hammers are unchanged.
