📋 About This Mod
If you've ever tried to lock faster via a debuff you may have noticed that it doesn't actually work. The stat itself is functional, setting it to a multiplier of 0 results in an instant lock, but in any other situation the lock animation is not affected by this, only by buffs to yourself or the weapon. The animation will now properly accelerate to reflect lock speed.
Recon grenades fail to apply their status effect at all. They will now apply it on detonation. Recon grenades also have an issue with luring to the wrong location so I'd recommend Bug Fix - Recon Grenade Bouce Fix for that.
Ping is also a mess, it only applies the bonus at Tier 3 (not T5 or iconic, just T3), it's actually 50% instead of 25%, and to top it all off it only applies to the main target. I'd recommend Quickhack Fixes to set all of this straight.

I didn't include vanilla for comparison since you know what it looks like. It's so slow it's painful. The grenade used is T5+ so you're looking at 80% faster lock speed.
