Fixes Incorrect Cyberware Tooltip Counts
In the vanilla game, when hovering over empty Cyberware slots, tooltips are supposed to display how many Cyberware items you own (Inventory screen) or how many are available (Ripperdoc screen). However, both are misleading due to a shared issue:

]The "Available" count in the Ripperdoc screen includes items sold by the Ripperdoc plus your "Owned" items—but since the "Owned" count is wrong, this total is also inaccurate.
