Weapon Override

With weaponOverride set to true, the camera will revert to first person when a weapon is drawn.

To disable this, Open the debug menu and click the weaponOverride button

360 Camera

With the new 360 camera it wil be a input on a button the you will need to hold, the camera rotates around the character. (V68)
