Bring your X-universe to life. Galactic Identity is a massive expansion for procedural name generation in X4: Foundations.

Instead of repetitive standardnames, this mod introduces over 25,000 new name combinations deeply rooted in the lore of each faction. This mod isentirely data-driven, utilizing the 0001-L0XX.xml language files. This ensures maximum performance, full compatibility, and zero invasive scripts.

  Installation

  • []Navigate to your X4 Foundations installation directory (e.g.,

    SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\X4 Foundations).[/]

    []Locate the

    extensionsfolder. If it does not exist, simply create it.[/]

    []Copy the extracted, equal named mod folder, directly into the

    extensionsdirectory.[/]
