Simply gives two perks for place of power instead of one
Simple mod for simple task. I personally don't like the idea of NG+ and would rather accomplish entire character development during one run. That's why i want to have the same upper limit of skill points as i would have if i had played NG+. And players can claim Places of Power skillpoint both on NG and NG+.
So here it is. 2 points per Place of Power. No strings attached.
You can also use it to have more Skill Points and still play NG+. Multitasking lol.
