Install with NMM: just click Download (NMM); Install Manually: extract modFastTravelAnywhere to your The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt\Mods folder (create it if you do not have it).
Notice: if you fast travel during quests chances are you will break the game. You shouldn't fast travel when the game forbids you to.
Uninstallation Instructions NMM: delete it from NMM. Manual install: delete the folder modFastTravelAnywhere.
