Weather Commentary for Lighting_Weather mods

What's the purpose?

The Brothers In Arms mod fixed Geralt's response to weather changes to be more realistic and timelier. The problem about it is there are lighting/weather mods with a partial or complete change to the weather. So, the fix doesn't work well on those mods.

This mod resolves the issue and provides more immersive weather commentary for each lighting/weather mod.

Currently works for the following mods:

- Immersive Lighting

- Benis Lighting / Benis Reloaded / Vanilla Enhanced Lighting

- Realistic Weather

- Skellige Winter Weather System

- More Variable Weather

- TookLightingMod

For any lighting mods that use vanilla weather, such as Better Vanilla lighting Changes or Promotional Atmosphere Lighting Mod. You only need the original Brothers In Arms.

Installation

For newcomers/beginners: I invite you to read The Tome of Witcher 3 Modding

0. DON'T USE VORTEX

1. Download ONE Main file or Optional file to the corresponding lighting/weather mod you use.

2. Install with Witcher 3 Mod Manager or extract manually in the "Mods" folder of your game's directory, Witcher 3 Wild Hunt GOTY Edition.

3. When using Script Merger, DON'T MERGE CSV FILES!! (From Bundled Text).

How to uninstall?

Remove "mod_WeatherCommentary".

This mod is an indirect modification of Brothers In Arms for one single script:

- scripts\game\player\r4Player.ws

For Classic 1. 32 average fan. I only made one for Skellige Winter Weather System in my old BiA + WDS compatibility patch.

Recommended Mod

Skellige Ice Breath : Most Recommended. Add cold breathing FX to Geralt and NPCs.

New Clouds + New Toussaint Clouds : Most Recommended. Provides better texture to clouds.

Weather Machine : Add magical items which change weather at will.

Restored Content - Buffed Monster : Monsters are buffed depending on the weather and times (with HQ weather icon).

True Exploration : All map pins are now discoverable.
