Unsheathe your swords

Button layout change for players, who like to sheathe/unsheathe swords manually. It switches D-Pad buttons with thumbsticks. It allows you to (un)equip your swords while moving. It also adds few key binds and tweaks for better compatibility with mods i use and highly recommend. This layout is customized for use with Improved Horse Controls, Friendly Meditation and Fast Travel on Horseback (FTOH) mods and needs no additional changes to key binds, when using them. You can also use this layout without any of them. It works with both xbox and playstation controllers and with sprint set to both LS or A/CROSS.

Button layout changes:

hold LS - unsheathe steel sword

hold RS - unsheathe silver sword

hold LS/RS - sheathe current sword

(Ciri) hold LS/RS - sheathe/unsheathe sword

hold Y/TRIANGLE - call Roach (out of combat only)

press d-pad right - switch/show objectives

hold d-pad right - open journal

hold d-pad left - open alchemy

(on horse) press Y/TRIANGLE - STOP (useful with Improved Horse Controls mod)

(on horse) hold Y/TRIANGLE - kick/rear

(on horse) press A/CROSS - interact with signpost from horseback (requires FTOH)

press X/SQUARE in radial menu - enter/leave friendly meditation (requires Friendly Meditation)

hold X/SQUARE in radial menu - start classic/vanilla meditation

hold LT - speed up meditation (requires Friendly Meditation)

press Y/TRIANGLE in meditation menu - leave friendly meditation

- installation: replace "input" file in Documents\The Witcher 3.

- unlike vanilla, you need to manually sheathe your sword, before you can unsheathe other one

- Y/TRIANGLE on horse replaces duplicated bind for standard attack, there is no heavy attack on horse

- Y/TRIANGLE on foot replaces heavy attack without weapon out of combat. Heavy attack normally works during combat/fist fights

- all key binds for LS/RS work same as in vanilla (read book, track quest, sprint, lock camera on enemy etc.)

Optional: fast travel on horseback (FTOH)

I have found old mod from user riyusso, which allows for interaction with signposts on horseback and arrive at new location on horse. Other user kikosawa updated it to 4. 04. I fixed one issue with it and added necessary key bind to my mod. Installation: simply put it into Witcher 3/mods folder and make sure you have the latest version of my mod. My thanks to both of them.
