Performance fix for dual core cpu

As you can see, play after the patch 1. 06-1. 07 almost impossible with 2 core processor. This program will increase the performance of the game by removing restrictions from the process (game) by default it was equal to about ~ 70%. So let's start: 1) Download the archive. 2) Unpack anywhere. 3) Open the file BES.exe / Run as Administrator 4) Press the Target 5) in the list of our game (witcher3.exe) / game must be run! 6) Click  limit / Wach - Yes 7) Click  Control 8) In the Target # 3 set to 1% - this means that the process has access to 99% of your CPU. 9) Click Close. 10)minimize the program Just turn on this programm then you play the game. Как вы могли заметить, играть после патча 1. 06-1. 07 практически не возможно с 2 ядерным процессором. Эта программа увеличит производительность игры за счет снятия ограничения с процесса(игры) по умолчанию она ровняется около ~70%. И так приступим: 1)Скачайте архив. 2)Распакуй в любом месте. 3)Откройте файл BES.ехе / Run as Administrator 4)Нажимает кнопку Target 5)Находим в списке нашу игру  6)Нажимаем Limit/wach - Yes 7)Нажимаем кнопку Control 8)В поле таргет#3 ставим -1% - это значит, что данный процесс имеет доступ к 99% вашего процессора. 9)Нажимаем закрыть. 10)Свернуть программу Данные настройки сохраняются. Подходит для любой игры. Программу запускать вместе с игрой. Лично мне этот метод помог и избавил от фризов в игре и секундных зависаний в диалогах,которые появились в патче 1. 06-1. 07.
