Mod menu fix

Mode menu missing all entries? Vortex doesn't add them?

This batch script adds all mods' xml entries into the dx12filelist.txt so they are seen in-game.

Lists all real and imaginary .xml files and adds them to dx12filelist.txt

Then starts W3

Obviously add your own paths, and use dx11 or dx12 file depending which dx version you use to run the game.

Save as .bat file, use it to start the game, that way it updates what mods vortex has installed to show in the mod menu in game.

Not sure why vortex can't do this simple thing itself?
