Metamorphosis mutation without Cat Vision (CLASSIC 1.32)

IMPORTANT

This Mod is currently incompatible with the Next Gen version. Waiting for the FCR3 Next Gen update...

But permission is granted to update it (condition: put my name in the description).

What's the purpose?

There is a hidden effect of the metamorphosis mutation that enables cat vision during Witcher Sense inside a dark place.

The initial effect of the decoction is great enough. But personally, being able to see darkness only with Witcher Sense breaks the immersive gameplay. Always maintained the right-click in the situation, being blind if we have a torch or unable to see when fighting (if we don't drink Cat potion).

So I made this mod for "Cat Potion Enjoyer". I also made an FCR3 version for those who find the feature annoying.

Installation

For newcomers/beginners: I invite you to reading The Tome of Witcher 3 Modding

1. Download the main file and Mod Limit Adjuster .

2. 1 Manual Install : Extract the files and drop them in your game's directory, Witcher 3 Wild Hunt\Mods folder (if it doesn't exist, create one).

2. 2. Mod Manager : Install with Witcher 3 Mod Manager. NOT VORTEX!!

If you use the FCR3 version:

3. Delete the following script from the original FCR3: "scripts\game\gameplay\focus\focus.ws".

How to uninstall?

Delete the following mod folder if you have it or didn't rename it:

- modMetamorphosis_No_Cat

- mod0_FCR3_Metamorphosis_No_Cat

Then launch Script Merger to remove the merged files (and remerge again).

Compatibility and Conflict

REMINDER: If you use the FCR3 version, delete the following script from the original FCR3: "scripts\game\gameplay\focus\focus.ws".

This mod only contains one script: "scripts\game\gameplay\focus\focus.ws".

The only change is adding "/" and "/" between the codes. This disables the feature without deleting. It's easy to merge.

If you get a merge conflict though, make sure you put "/" and "/" when resolving (especially if you merge Friendly Focus).
