Menu and textual tutorials in New Game Plus Restored (Next-Gen)

This mod restores the option to enable menu and textual tutorials when starting a New Game Plus in The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt (Next-Gen).

It provides a prompt that lets players choose to turn on tutorials, which seems to have been intended for players returning to the game after a long break, offering them a refresher on gameplay mechanics.

It seems that at some point, it was intended to include tutorial options for New Game Plus, but those options were removed from the main menu, likely due to later adjustments. The remnants of this feature remained in the game’s scripts, which allowed me to restore the prompt for tutorial selection. However, the tutorial system itself had some bugs that prevented it from starting properly in New Game Plus mode, which I’ve fixed.

Recommendation:

I highly recommend using this mod in combination with another author's mod — New Game Plus - Tutorial Enabled by moonknight1993 for a fully functional tutorial experience, as both mods complement each other — my mod restores the tutorial system’s functionality, while the other restores the dialogue choices in the prologue.

My mod specifically restores the tutorial system's conditions without affecting the prologue scenes. New Game Plus - Tutorial Enabled restores dialogue options for tutorials during the prologue, and it does not address the tutorial system's scripts, meaning the fight with Vesemir during the prologue still cannot be completed properly without reactivating the tutorial system, which I did fixed in my mod.

Known issues:

If you use this mod with New Game Plus - Tutorial Enabled and want to do the fight with Vesemir, you should have a steel sword equipped on the save you use to start the New Game Plus. Alternatively to having a steel sword on the save, you may use my mod New Game Plus Full Kaer Morhen Gear (Next-Gen) that would make sure Geralt would have a steel sword before the fight with Vesemir. Without a steel sword, the fight would not progress.
