📋 About This Mod
Adds a non-intrusive compass direction to the top of bottom of the screen
This mods shows the cardinal and ordinal wind directions like "N", "NE" markers on the top (or optionally bottom) of the screen.
The default location is the top, to change it to the bottom set the variable "compassMarkersTop" in the only scriptfile in the mod to 'false'. One small issue: currently for the compass to be visible the HUD option "NPC chatter" needs to be turned on.
This mod itself is just the plain and simple, standalone, always on, non-intrusive compass indicator. See below if you are interested in combining this mod with FriendlyHUD, and best of all how to even show quest markers integrated with the compass bar.
The v1. 0 version of the mod is compatible with game patch 1. 10 and 1. 11.
This mod is a based on the terrific Questmarkers inside the FriendlyHUD mod by Wasteland Ghost (thanks!). This mod is also included in his mod, but it is disabled by default. In the newer versions of FriendlyHUD you can use its menu options to enable the compass. (You do NOT have to install this mod if you have installed FriendlyHUD).
