Alters male Elves entities. Should have no effect on other entities.
Appearance changes:

[]added third scoia'tael face paint variant
[]altered head textures to make them appear slightly younger
[]added different color variants to some hair + hair under elf hats
[]added barely vissible pattern on one type of sleeve and collar to better match TW2
[]changed texture for rope of one torso to be multicolored as in TW2
[]fixed texture on scoia'tael pants
[]altered texture of knee & elbow pads to not have red on it
